Quality & Sourcing
Sourcing discipline, not lowest-bid procurement.
We source food ingredients from producers we have qualified ourselves. Every shipment is traceable. We compete on quality and consistency, not on price alone.
Our sourcing principle
We don't take ingredients from anonymous trading desks. We work with producers we have qualified for grade consistency, food-safety documentation, and ability to support our customers at scale.
Producer qualification — what we look for
- Production capacity and consistency over multiple lots.
- Food-safety certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, halal/kosher where relevant).
- Documentation discipline — specs, certificates of analysis, allergen and origin declarations.
- Responsiveness to qualification trials and audits.
What you get on every shipment
- Certificate of analysis matching agreed specifications.
- Documented origin and lot traceability.
- Allergen and regulatory declarations relevant to your market (Africa, Asia, MENA).
On confidentiality
We don't publish our producers — not their names, not their countries. The qualified-supplier base is part of the value we deliver, and naming it would erode the discretion our customers rely on. What we offer instead is the discipline above, applied to every lot, and a track record you can see below.
