That includes your name, your company, your country, your email address, the message you write describing your application, and your NDA preference (whether you have asked for the conversation to run under NDA). We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details or other sensitive personal data through this form.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored by our form-handling provider, then forwarded to our company email. Access is limited to the Better Market staff who handle commercial and technical enquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We share it with a service provider only where that is necessary to receive and respond to your message.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and our correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to support any resulting commercial relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards in line with ordinary business record-keeping. When the information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it.

How to request deletion

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@bettermarket.us with your request and we will action it within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any record-keeping obligations that require us to retain limited information.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (such as Plausible or Umami) to understand aggregate site traffic — which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This measurement does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across other websites. Because we set no tracking cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.
